Migas Manchegas
Hello my friends!!
In my first post I'm going to show you how to cook a typical Spanish food, far away from the well known "Paella".
I recently met a very good friend called Ivo, from Netherland, and he want to learn how to cook it.
We cooked for him the most important dishes we eat, I mean, the food our parent, my grandparent, ....
A bit of History
This is an old, old recipe that was used by the shepherds long long time ago. At this time, they only had access to the bread once a week, or two weeks, then when the bread was hard, they used to get the most of the resources, and never never throw food. The Result
This is the result of "Migas Manchegas":Well, let's go with the recipe.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 6 or 7 Garlic branches
